Pro Subscription
Your Pro subscription comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Cancel anytime. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing cycle. Annual subscribers can cancel anytime, and access continues until the end of the paid period. No cancellation fees.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refund requests may need to go through Apple or Google directly.
PPI Credits
PPI credits (single reports, 3-packs, and 5-packs) are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire and remain in your account until used.
If a technical issue prevents a PPI scan from completing successfully, we'll restore the credit to your account. Contact support with your order details and we'll sort it out.
Annual Pro subscribers receive 1 complimentary PPI credit per year. This credit rolls over if unused and accumulates for as long as your annual subscription remains active. Complimentary credits are not transferable or redeemable for cash. If your annual subscription is cancelled or lapses, unused complimentary credits remain in your account but no new ones are added.
OBD2 Adapters
SKANYX does not sell OBD2 adapters directly. We recommend tested third-party adapters from brands like Vgate and vLinker, available on Amazon and other retailers.
For adapter returns, warranties, or hardware defects, please contact the retailer where you purchased the adapter (e.g., Amazon) or the adapter manufacturer directly. SKANYX cannot process returns or warranty claims for third-party hardware.
