We stand behind our products and services. Here's our straightforward policy on refunds and warranties.


Adapter (Hardware)

30-day returns (like-new condition) and 2-year limited warranty against defects. Contact support for RMA instructions.

Our 2-year limited warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. Normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.


Digital Products

Subscriptions and PPI credits are digital services. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case where the service was not delivered as described or in case of accidental duplicate charges.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you're not satisfied with a digital service, reach out to us within 30 days of purchase, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
